Tomorrow night stands to be an interesting one up at Hidden Agenda. The artwork is already rolling in for HOWL 2 Live, a night of art and live music.
I know precious little about it, and the ever so mysterious group (Artivist.org) behind it, but I do know that it is free, so you’ve got nothing to lose.
Tomorrow night, artist Him Lo will be taking to the streets of Causeway Bay to perform a series of performance art pieces
As the artist puts it:
A performance event to illustrate about the housing issues in Hong Kong. I always wonder why we have to work from 9 to late night; every day, every week, every year until our time have all gone. Seems we spend our whole life for just a 400 ft2 matchbox ; seems our fates have been destined since we were still in our mums’ tummies ; seems we are born in sins – from bible and it is Hong Kong people’s sin.
A particular highlight for HK music fans will be the artist’s pilgrimage from Sogo in Causeway Bay to Central over the course of the night, cardboard box house in tow, set to the music of a few HK performers: Paul Yip, Jantzen Tse, Vinci Mok and Kenneif Li.
